Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check in is after 4pm. Check out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- Automated landscape lights for guests arriving after sunset.
- Self check-in/check-out is available.

- Guests have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:

- Vineyard: Food and Wine served
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p. Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Policies and Rules
- This home is not pet friendly. No pets are allowed.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- No events allowed.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (15 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).
- The summer concerts are open to all guests, however, there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- In the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the amenities.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (November-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Fees and Payments

- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p. Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the amenities.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- High speed WiFi available.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and bed linens are provided.
- Hair dryer is provided.
Safety and Emergency Information
- Please note that the owners of this home use security cameras to monitor the exterior of their home to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. Camera 1 is on right of entry door facing the driveway entrance. Camera 2 is on back cover porch facing onto the road. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, or windows.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
- Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.
Other Critical Details
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
